Bottom Seal Replacement

Bottom weather seal can wear out and shrink over time, allowing water, bugs, and vermin in your garage. We can replace your bottom weather seal to help keep out bugs and better seal your garage from the elements. For garages that easily collect water, we can add StormShield weather strip barrier to the floor where your door meets the pavement. We don't carry all brands, so if you can, please let us know the width and brand of your door.

Warranty

Every repair includes a 90-day warranty and we provide a 3-year material warranty on our torsion springs (that should last 5 to 15 years, depending on how often you open/close your garage door).

New garage doors and openers purchased and installed from Killeen Overhead Doors come with a one-year warranty plus the manufacturers' warranties.

Replace Damaged Sections

More people than you think either run into or back into their garage doors. When that happens, we check out the damage with a free estimate to repair or replace your damaged sections if possible or quote complete garage door replacement if needed. If you can, please let us know the brand, model and size of your door.

Opener Issues

Common issues with openers include stripped gears, bad circuit boards, limit issues and safety sensors out of alignment. These issues are often fixable, and we carry parts for LiftMaster, Chamberlain and Craftsman openers. Some issues even can be resolved over the phone, saving you a service call.

Broken Springs

If you cannot lift your garage door manually, you probably have a broken spring. Other signs of a broken spring are a cable coming unspooled or you heard a loud bang coming from your garage. No worries! We repair springs every day and can often replace them the same or next day of your call. We also can quote you a price over the phone for residential springs. We use heavy duty springs that include a 3-year material warranty (our springs should last 5-15 years, depending on usage of your garage door).

Other Repairs & Maintenance

It's not unusual for a garage door to get off track or sag over time. Off track doors can usually be repaired for the cost of a service call. Other repairs include replacing worn rollers, broken hinges, lubrication, adjustments and adding struts to sagging doors.
